    STEPS TO A SMOKEFREE HOTEL
 
 
1. Download application form from www.greenleafthai.org, Complete application form and send back to Health Promotion Program, Green Leaf Foundation

2. Complete questionnaires and return Smoke-free Hotel Program, Green Leaf Foundation within 15 days after receiving Health Promotion Hotel Standard, together with supporting documents, photo and other wideness for the Program Certifier to later inspect the hotel.
   
 
 
 
3. Steps to inspect and certify Smoke-free Hotel. The result of inspection will be tallied to classify the hotel into either Gold Star or Silver Star Award.
 
 
4. Congratulations and celebration of Smoke-free Stars will be taken place
 
 
5. Health Promotion Hotel Program will produce the Hotel Directory to recognize those honorary smoke-free hotels and Health Promotion hotels which help smoke-free the hotels to promote wellness and fulfillment of lives.
 

Please note, there no cost to participate to be certified by Health Promotion hotel Program because this Program is sponsored by Thai Health Promotion Foundation during the year 2008-2010
